Counselling and Existential Psychotherapy in Camden Town, North London

The practice is within easy reach of Central and North London, and is situated discreetly in a quiet Camden Mews.Confidentiality is important to the practice and all clients find the calm and private aspect of the space helpful in exploring their issues.

I am experienced at working with issues such as: relationship problems - anxiety and depression about self-identity - understanding sexual orientation and issues of identifiying as lesbian, gay, or bi-sexual and exploring these possibilities and variations - working with all existential issues that need to be explored in a non-judgemental and encouraging environment - issues around alcohol and drug dependency and the need to improve communication with others to enable a change of life-style, allowing the possibility of taking back control of one's own life and existence - managing to feel a sense of belonging in the world on one's own terms leading to a better feeling of validation and self-worth and discovering a sense of fulfillment in understanding how to get your needs addressed.

I work with individuals, couples, and groups and offer supervision to established or trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.

I hold an MA in existential Counselling & Psychotherapy from Sheffield University and I am registered with the UKCP, and a member of UPCA and SEA.
